Access to videos
The app reads videos and folders you select or drop into it. Video, audio, filenames, locations, modification times, and sizes are used for playback, listing files, managing playback order, and detecting folder changes.
Background removal and playback take place on your Mac. The app does not edit or overwrite the original video.
Saved settings
Volume, mute state, window position and size, always-on-top settings, and control-panel position are stored on your Mac for the next launch. The list of selected videos and folders is used while the app is running.
Sending information outside the app
Videos, audio, filenames, and file paths are not sent to the operator’s servers. The app does not serve ads, track users, or use third-party usage analytics.
Files opened from iCloud Drive or another storage service are retrieved according to macOS and the service’s settings. Support and policy links open in your default web browser.
Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases, and refunds. The operator does not receive payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how Apple handles your information.
Retention and deletion
Changing the selection or playback list does not delete the original videos. Manage videos in Finder. Settings remain until changed or until the app’s stored data is deleted.
Settings may remain after you remove the app. Contact support if you need help deleting its stored data.
Copies of videos or settings in Mac backups or cloud storage remain according to that destination’s settings. Removing the app does not remove those copies; delete unwanted copies where they are stored.
Information received through support
Names, email addresses, messages, and attachments received by email are used to answer inquiries, follow up, and investigate problems.
Email services handle the sending, receiving, and storage of support messages as needed to provide support. Information is kept for as long as needed for that purpose and deleted when no longer needed.
Personal data is not shared with third parties without the person’s consent, except as provided by law.
The operator takes measures to protect personal data it holds from unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss. Details of these measures are available on request to the extent that disclosure would not compromise security.
Requests to access, correct, or delete information
For questions about this policy or requests to access, correct, stop the use of, or delete support information held by the operator, email [email protected]. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.
