Works on iPhone with iOS 18 or later and iPad with iPadOS 18 or later. The app is currently being prepared for release.

Create a record for each student and assign them to the same household. Household contacts are shared, so changes apply to all siblings. Attendance and teaching records stay separate for each student.

Choose iCloud sync and use the same Apple Account on both devices. If data does not sync, check each device’s account and connection, along with the sync status in the app’s Settings. You can also choose to keep data on this device only.

Choose fields in “Export CSV/PDF” in Settings to save a CSV that opens in Excel or Numbers. CSV import is not supported yet. These files contain student and household information, so check the destination and recipients.

In the Documents section of “Export CSV/PDF”, select the invoice or payment record and export it. Check the recipient name, covered period, and amount before sending.

Write the message in the app, then copy or share it to send through your usual messaging app. You can keep the sent message in the communication history. Check the recipient and text before sending.

Turn on “App Lock” in Settings. Opening the app will require Face ID, Touch ID, or the passcode available on your device.

Tell us the app version and build number, iOS or iPadOS version, what went wrong, the steps to reproduce it, and any message shown. Replace student and guardian names and contact details with fictitious information.
