Operator: Kishu Software Works

Music library access

With your permission, the app reads song titles, artist names, album information, song identifiers, duration, artwork, and playable audio from your device’s music library. This information is used to select, display, and play songs together. Audio processing takes place on the device.

You can change access permission in your device’s privacy settings. Revoking it limits the app’s ability to load or play songs from the library.

Saved sets and settings

Set names, song identifiers and display information, song order, volume, stereo balance, start timing, mute state, and creation, modification, and last-use dates are stored on your device. They restore your song combinations and settings when you reopen a set.

Sets refer to songs in the music library rather than storing the audio itself. Earlier saved data and recovery records may remain on the device in case the current data cannot be opened.

Playback information on system screens

Set names, the title of a song being previewed, playback position, and playback state are shown on the lock screen, in Control Center, and on other system playback screens. These details may be visible to others using your device.

Purchases and sending information

Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases, and refunds. The operator does not receive payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how Apple handles your information.

Product information and purchase status received from Apple during purchase or restore are used to provide and verify purchased features. Audio and set contents are not automatically sent to the operator’s servers. The app does not serve ads, track users, or use third-party usage analytics.

Opening a support or policy link connects to a website. For email inquiries, the operator receives only the information you send.

Retention and deletion

You can delete sets in the app. Recovery backups may retain information about deleted sets. Deleting a set does not delete songs from your music library.

To delete all data stored by the app on your device, including settings and recovery backups, delete the app and its data in device settings. Offloading the app keeps its data.

Sets and settings in device or computer backups are not removed when you delete them in the app. Manage these backups and any copies saved elsewhere at their storage locations.

Information received through support

Names, email addresses, messages, and attachments received by email are used to answer inquiries, follow up, and investigate problems.

Email services handle the sending, receiving, and storage of support messages as needed to provide support. Information is kept for as long as needed for that purpose and deleted when no longer needed.

Personal data is not shared with third parties without the person’s consent, except as provided by law.

The operator takes measures to protect personal data it holds from unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss. Details of these measures are available on request to the extent that disclosure would not compromise security.

Requests to access, correct, or delete information

For questions about this policy or requests to access, correct, stop the use of, or delete support information held by the operator, email [email protected]. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.

Updates to this policy

If our data practices change, this page and its update date will be revised.
